Authorized defensive use
Use Vexyl Guard only on systems you own or are authorized to manage. Do not use the project or hosted services to scan third-party systems, gain unauthorized access, interfere with networks, distribute malicious code, or violate applicable law.
Public preview
Vexyl Guard is currently a public preview. Features, formats, availability, and hosted-service limits may change. Evaluate the agent first on a non-critical host, keep independent recovery access, review configuration, and maintain patches, backups, access controls, and firewall policy.
Vexyl Guard is one security control, not a guarantee against compromise. Detection and classification can produce false positives and false negatives. You remain responsible for deployment decisions and the systems you operate.
Open-source agent
The Vexyl Guard source code is provided under the Apache License 2.0. If these site terms conflict with that license for use of the licensed source, the Apache License controls. Repository contributions and third-party dependencies may have additional documented terms.
Accounts and support plans
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for protecting account-access links. Monthly plans support project maintenance and may provide the benefits shown at checkout. They do not transfer ownership of the project or guarantee a particular feature, response time, or release date unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Billing, renewals, cancellation, taxes, and receipts are handled through Lemon Squeezy and the checkout terms shown before purchase. Do not initiate a checkout unless you are authorized to use the selected payment method and bind the named organization.
Feedback and public submissions
Do not submit secrets, private logs, personal information, or material you lack permission to share. Public GitHub issues and discussions are visible to others. You may provide feedback for Vexyl Labs to use in improving and documenting the project without an obligation to compensate you.
Availability and changes
Vexyl Labs may change, suspend, or discontinue hosted preview features; restrict activity that threatens the service or others; and update these terms. Material changes will be published here with a new effective date.
Warranty and liability
The open-source agent carries the warranties and limitations stated in its license. To the extent permitted by law, the website and preview services are provided as available without a promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every environment. Vexyl Labs is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized use, unsupported configurations, ignored warnings, third-party services, or operational decisions outside its control.
